Current Opportunities

  • CAD Administrator

    Ideal Location: Remote - US or Costa Rica

    The CAD Administrator applies strong working knowledge of drafting in AutoCAD or Revit to update drawings and property management software to accurately update information in various systems for clients. This includes regular updates of drawings to account for building changes, data maintenance for space-related metadata, drawing audits, integrity checks of facility information, and administrative tasks including helpdesk and system support.

  • Technical Services Administrator

    Ideal Location: Remote - US: TX, OK, WA, IL, OR, FL, AZ or Remote Costa Rica

    The Technical Services Administrator is responsible for the administration of websites which includes customer engagement, performing technical troubleshooting, and making content updates or feature adjustments per customer requests. Focused time management, exemplary customer service, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to prioritize are keys to success in this position. The nature of the position requires an ability to communicate clearly on a variety of different levels, both externally and internally.
