  • Web Content Administrator

    Ideal Location: Real Cariari, Heredia, Costa Rica

    Optional Location: Bellevue, WA, US or US Remote

    The Web Content Administrator is responsible for managing the administration of website content requests and performing various website content updates. Focused time management, exemplary customer service, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to prioritize are keys to success in this position. The nature of the position also requires an ability to communicate clearly on a variety of different levels, both externally and internally. Roles associated with this position include the accurate and timely log of support desk tickets, support desk coordination, and updating web content or building sites for special projects.
