Bill Nolan, President and CEO
Bill Nolan is President and CEO of Buildingi and innovator of the highly used Project Knowledge Center solution. In his role Bill oversees all strategic direction for the Company—from offerings to key staffing and operations decisions. Bill is passionately driven to ensure that
Buildingi continues to provide the technical infrastructure and knowledge needed to help clients develop strategic ways to connect their building information, technology and best practices to ensure smart and strategic workspace solutions.

Christine Hughes, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As Buildingi CFO, Chris reports to the CEO and directs all financial decisions and operations for the company. Like other Buildingi staff members, Chris brings years of experience to her role. In CFO roles prior to Buildingi, Chris oversaw tens of millions of dollars annually, while helping to establish strong and stable growth paths for these organizations.

John Coates, Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Coates brings a successful history of thoughtful and strategic insight to his role as Buildingi Director of Sales and Marketing. As a veteran executive, John works hard to leverage the company’s many industry relationships to ensure that Buildingi continues to stay at the forefront of industry changes and best practices. Within the company he is applying his deep knowledge of marketing and expertise in sales as he helps to guide the company through its next phase of growth and continuing market expansion.

Don Barnes, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations reporting to the CEO, Don Barnes has been instrumental in developing a highly competent, professional and efficient services delivery team at Buildingi. Don has parlayed his years of experience managing large production CAD and information technology professionals with his hands on experience serving as Account Manager for the Microsoft® account, to guide smooth running operations. His attention to detail, commitment to serving customers, and problem solving ability make him a tremendous asset to all Buildingi customers.
