Summary

This position involves using AutoCAD to update client documents. This includes periodic and regular updates of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) data in various systems, audits and integrity checks of facility information, miscellaneous administrative functions and excellent customer service.

The person in this position will join others on the Buildingi team at the client site in Redmond.

 
Details

General responsibilities include:

  • Using AutoCAD and property management software to update facility information.
  • Providing Tier 1 help desk support to users of property management software.
  • Updating key milestones in scheduling, forecasting and completion of CAFM updates.
  • Updating audit records and change control log to track CAFM work history.
  • Supporting other department personnel as required.
  • Providing superior customer service.

    Requirements

    Some general qualifications are:

  • The ability to utilize AutoCAD.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Outlook.
  • Excellent written communication skills using correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Proven ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a computer a substantial portion of each day.
